Return policy

At Kat Mar Sports LLC ("Kat Mar Sports", "we", "our", or "us"), customer satisfaction is important to us. This Returns & Exchanges Policy applies to all purchases made through katmarsports.com.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include all original packaging, manuals, tags, and accessories
  • Not show signs of wear, damage, misuse, or alteration
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Returns received outside the 30-day return period may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Any item specifically marked as non-returnable

4. Return Shipping

If the return is due to customer preference, incorrect selection, or no longer wanting the product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return results from:

  • Wrong item shipped
  • Defective product
  • Shipping damage
  • Manufacturer defect

Kat Mar Sports LLC will provide an appropriate resolution, including replacement, refund, or return shipping assistance where applicable.

5. Refund Processing

Once returned merchandise is received and inspected, refunds are generally processed within 5-10 business days.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days, subject to inventory availability.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Customers should inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.

Any damaged, defective, or incorrect products should be reported within 7 days of receipt.

8. Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact us first before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

We reserve the right to provide order records, tracking confirmations, and communication history to payment processors when responding to disputes.
